3. Poultry Farming Accounting

We train farmers on basic business management skills to help them track the performance of their poultry enterprises. This includes training on simple bookkeeping, financial management, savings culture, and productivity monitoring, enabling farmers to make informed business decisions.

4. Access to Credit Services

We help farmers access financial services by linking them to cooperatives, banks, and other financial institutions. These partnerships enable farmers to obtain credit facilities to invest in poultry farming, purchase inputs, and expand their operations.

5. Supply of Chicks and Feeds

We support farmers in sourcing quality indigenous chicken breeds and provide guidance on poultry feeding practices. We also assist in the formulation and supply of poultry feeds designed to meet the nutritional requirements of birds at different growth stages.

6. Poultry Equipment and Infrastructure

We assist farmer groups in acquiring essential poultry equipment and setting up proper poultry infrastructure including:

• Construction of poultry houses
• Egg crates and storage facilities
• Waste management systems for poultry farms
• Water supply systems
• Feeders and drinkers

7. Poultry Marketing and Consultancy

We provide poultry marketing services and professional consultancy to farmers. Our organization helps farmers access reliable markets for poultry products and supports value addition through egg and meat processing, packaging, and marketing. We also facilitate marketing through online platforms such as OLX and other digital outlets.

8. Market Access and Pricing Support

We connect farmers to reliable buyers and provide valuable market information to help them get fair prices for their products. Our key market outlets include:

• Supermarkets such as Naivas and Quickmart
• Government agencies including DEFCO
• Hotels, restaurants, and sports clubs

We have established contractual agreements with these buyers to supply quality chicken meat and eggs. Our products are sourced from reputable farmer groups and individual farmers.

9. Transport and Logistics

To ensure efficient distribution of poultry products, we have developed a logistics system that includes:

• Five sales shop outlets
• Four delivery pickup vehicles
• Six motorcycles for distribution and farm support

This network allows us to deliver products efficiently and maintain a reliable supply chain.
